Through my work with Wirral PCT I have been researching solutions for problems that have come up regularly in meeting reports especially from past Wirral Roadshows |

Graffiti - Okay so graffiti isn't the best of things if you are against it, like when you live in a country village an its right outside your home, but I am currently researching into the ways of dealing with it |

Deal With It! - The first thing and in most cases, only thing that people do about graffiti is to remove it, which of course costs money and isn't a pleasant job, therefore a more effective solution needs to be discovered... |

You Can't Stop a Bird From Flying - If a group of kids are told not to play ball in the house what do they do? They go straight outside and play it in the street, yes its dangerous, yes it annoys others and yes it can damage other peoples property but who can stop them? If you fine them, take away their ball and tell em off, all they'l do is take the next chance they get, therefore (an yes I am going sumwhere with this!) give them a flippin field, so what Im saying is these 'youths' or 'graffiti artists' will take every chance to do what they do best, so give them somewhere legal, A LEGAL WALL! ITS ART Okay so you've heard that before but have you ever actually stopped and looked with admiration at how good most of the work is? And thought about how much of their time and money it is taking up. Therefore shouldn't we be encouraging these young people's skills and giving them a designated area? I mean how many times have you heard 'he'l be David Beckham one day so we'v bought him the best football boots'? THIS IS ART AT ITS BEST-YOUNG,MODERN AND IN THE REAL WORLD, OH AND WHAT HAPPENED TO COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT? email me im_warning_u@hotmail.com |
